INSTRUCTIONS

CONVENTIONAL OVEN:

Preheat oven to 400°F and place oven rack in middle position. Remove all outer packaging and discard inner film. Baste top of rack with sauce. Place pan in oven and heat about 15 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F and sauce begins to caramelize. Baste ribs with remaining sauce and serve.

GAS OR BBQ GRILL:

Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove all outer packaging. Peel away and discard inner film. Baste top of rack with sauce. Place pan directly on grill and heat for approximately 8 minutes. Flip occasionally and baste as desired until internal temp reaches 165°F and sauce begins to caramelize.
