INSTRUCTIONS

CONVENTIONAL OVEN:

Preheat oven to 400°F and place rack in middle position. Remove pan from outer package. Peel away and discard top film. Baste top of rack with sauce. Place pan in oven and heat about 15 minutes, until sauce internal temp reaches 165°F and sauce begins to caramelize. Baste with remaining sauce and serve.

GAS OR BBQ GRILL:

Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove pan from outer package. Peel away and discard top film. Baste top of rack with sauce. Place pan directly on grill and heat for about 8 minutes. Flip occasionally and baste as desired until internal temp reaches 165°F and sauce begins to caramelize.
