INSTRUCTIONS

CONVENTIONAL OVEN:

Preheat oven to 400°F and place rack in middle position. Remove pan from outer package. Peel away and discard top film. Baste steaks with sauce. Place plan in oven and heat about 20 minutes until sauce begins to caramelize and internal temp reaches 165°F. Baste with remaining sauce and serve.

GAS OR BBQ GRILL:

Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove pan from outer package. Peel away and discard top film. Baste steak with sauce. Place pan directly on grill and heat for 15-18 minutes. Flip steaks halfway through and baste occasionally until sauce begins to caramelize and internal temp reaches 165°F.
