INSTRUCTIONS

CONVENTIONAL OVEN:

Preheat oven to 400°F and place rack in middle position. Open package and baste meat with sauce. Place pan in oven and heat about 20 minutes. Flip the meat in the pan halfway through cooking and continue cooking until internal temp reaches 165°F or meat is tender enough to shred. Use forks to pull the meat apart and stir together with additional sauce before serving.

GAS OR BBQ GRILL:

Preheat grill to medium-high. Open package and baste the meat with sauce. Place pan directly on grill and heat about 20 minutes. Flip the meat in the pan halfway through cooking and continue cooking until the internal temp reaches 165°F or meat is tender enough to shred. Use forks to pull the meat apart and stir together with additional sauce before serving.
